Dr. Carignan is truly exceptional. After nearly 3 years of ongoing symptoms and searching for answers, he was able to identify the underlying issues during a jugular venogram in just 30-45 minutes.
What stood out most at my initial consult, was his willingness to truly listen. He took the time to understand my full history and review extensive prior testing and appointments without ever dismissing my symptoms or making me feel like it was "in my head". His thoughtful, thorough approach made all the difference.
Additionally, his entire team is amazing. From the front office (Hailee and ladies) to all of the nurses, everyone was kind, supportive, and made the experience seamless. Mandy is a rockstar, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes with my insurance.
I'm incredibly grateful to finally have answers and highly recommend Dr. Carignan to anyone in need of a vascular specialist.

Dr. Carignan and his office were so friendly and comforting. I was a little nervous about the vein work and how it would feel. Everyone explained exactly what was going to happen and cleared the nerves. My legs feel so much better now. No heaviness and aching. Able to workout better and ugly veins are disappearing. Thank you for all of your help.

Dr. Martin Carigan was outstanding. He was extremely thorough and very easy to talk to. His office staff was outstanding as well. The techs could not have been any friendlier and more welcoming. I found a wonderful office and it’s sad to have to wait a year to be back! Thank you all for the very warm welcome.

He literally saved my life. I had really no idea my veins were not working. i went in to have a spider vein looked at. The whole staff was wonderful, kind, caring, and of course professional.
